Crimped Wire Mesh

  • Crimped Wire Mesh is constructed of wires that have been crimped prior to weaving them together in a loom. Crimping the wires before weaving provides stability and consistency in larger spaced wire mesh. It also can be produced with numerous sizes.

Plain weave

  • Crimped
    • This product is constructed of wires that have been crimped prior to weaving them together in a loom.
    • Used for : inspecting products
      Material : dark wire, white wire, stainless wire, etc.

  • Double Crimpled
    • Double Crimpled is different from the intermediate crimped, both the warp wire and weft wire are woven directly by straight wire. We can get a rigid construction through evenly crimp in warp and weft wire. The wires are under crimped and sprung together thus giving a tight mesh. It is also called plain weave.
    • Used for : inspecting products
