Stainless Steel Wire Mesh
Plain weave
Plain weave is the most basic of three fundamental type of weaves. It is made by passing each filling wire over and under each warp wire, with each row alternating, producing a high number of intersections.
Twill weave
Twill weave is a versatile wire weave and is characterized by its diagonal lines, which are created by an offset in the warp wires. Thick wires can be used for Twill weave so that it can be used for heavy weight.
Dutch weave
Dutch weave is produced by the use of coarse mesh in the warp and a fine mesh with relatively smaller wire in the fill. This weave results in greater strength with very fine openings and is primarily used as filter cloths.
Twill Dutch weave
Twill Dutch weave is produced by a combination of the features of the Dutch weave and the Twilled weave. Fill wires are passed alternately over and under a two warp wires forming a fine mesh in one direction and a coarse mesh in the other. For these, it has doubled dense than Twill weave.
